Tuition 2026-2027
Orchard STEM School runs Monday - Thursday from 9:00 - 3:00 with monthly field trips.

Annual tuition
4 days per week: $8,000
3 days per week: $6,400
2 days per week: $4,400
1 day per week: $2,400

*Tuition for mid-year enrollment will be prorated based on academic terms (outlined below). For example: a student enrolling 4 weeks into Term 2 will pay all of Term 2-4 tuition, but no tuition for Term 1.

Fees
Field trip fee: $75 annually

Students using the Utah Fits All scholarship and enrolling as Private School Students must attend 4 days per week. Students enrolling as Home-based students may attend 1-3 days and can pay tuition directly through the Odyssey Marketplace.

Students using the Children's First Education Fund may attend 1-4 days and may pay in four installments then submit to CFEF for reimbursement.
Refund and Reimbursement Policy
Refunds or Reimbursements can be made exclusively to your student's scholarship account. Refunds or Reimbursements can be made to the family financial institution ONLY when the family does not have a scholarship and is paying tuition out of pocket. Refunds or Reimbursements are determined based on academic terms.
Term 1: Sept 8 - Nov 5, 2026
Term 2: Nov 9 - Jan 21, 2027
Term 3: Jan 25 - Mar 25, 2027
Term 4: Mar 29 - May 27, 2027
Any student withdrawals must occur at least three school days prior to the term ending. No refunds will be provided after a term begins.

For example:
A student who withdraws on Nov 1 will receive a refund or reimbursement for tuition paid for Terms 2-4.
A student who withdraws on Nov 6 will receive a refund or reimbursement for tuition paid for Terms 3-4.
